Our dojo is dedicated to the traditional practice of Shotokan Karate in accordance with the technical standards and philosophy of the Japan Karate Association (JKA). Training emphasizes discipline, respect, correct form, and effective self-defense, while cultivating strong character and mental focus.

Under the guidance of Sensei Jonard Corotan, students receive structured instruction in kihon (fundamentals), kata (forms), and kumite (sparring), following authentic Japanese karate principles and budō etiquette. Our goal is to preserve the integrity of traditional karate while supporting the development of each student’s physical, technical, and moral strength.

In addition to traditional karate practice, our dojo actively participates in sport karate under World Karate Federation (WKF) rules. Students are provided opportunities to train for WKF-style competition, including kata and kumite, while maintaining full compliance with JKA technical standards and conduct.

We are committed to the lifelong pursuit of character perfection, sincerity, effort, etiquette, and self-control, as expressed in the Dojo Kun.
